lakso
Ingredients:
250 gr rice flour
50 gr sago tepug
whiting spoon
250 ml boiling water
500 ml water
500 ml coconut milk
3 bay leaves
salt to taste
250 gr cork fish, boiled, finely shredded (if there is no cork fish, other fish can be substituted)
fried onions to taste
banana leaves to taste

Spices:
1 / 2 tbsp coriander
2 tablespoons galangal
2 tablespoons kencur
A small SDK turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic
1 / 2 tablespoon salt
50 g grated coconut



Directions:
Make Lakso:
