Powerfull Smoothies

Did not have much time to prepare breakfast, make smoothies just this one. Banana, strawberry oatmeal plus calorie intake would be given until noon!


Material:
Ambon 2 bananas, peeled, cut into pieces
150 g fresh strawberries, cleaned
250 ml soy milk / low fat milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oatmeal


How to make:
• Place all ingredients in a blender bowl.
• Process until smooth.
• Pour into a 2 cup serving.
• Serve immediately.
