Mousse Peach

Soft color, soft sweet taste. Smooth texture of mousse alternating with the sweet taste of fresh peaches bauh. Fits into a special dessert!

Material:
250 g of canned peaches, drained, cut into pieces
100 ml of water peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 g sugar
30 g gelatin powder
250 ml whipping cream / fresh cream
Decoration:
Whipped Cream
Peach slices

How to make:

* Add peaches and water in a blender bowl.
* Process until smooth. Pour into pan.
* Mix with lemon juice and sugar, cook until boiling. Lift.
* Dissolve gelatin in 2 tablespoons hot water. Stir until clear.
* Mix with soft peaches, mix well.
* Store in the refrigerator until slightly thick.
* Beat cream until thick, stirring with a peach mixture until blended.
* Pour into serving glasses. Store in refrigerator until cold.
* Set Decoration. Serve.
