Material:
1 tablespoon margarine
30 g onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
100 g fatty beef stew meat, cut into pieces
Beef broth 1 L
100 g green beans, rinsed, soaked in cold water, drain
75 g carrots, cut into pieces
1 celery stalk, cut into rough
½ tsp pepper powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
• Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
• Add the meat and stir well.
• pour the broth and add green beans.
• Cook over low heat until the green beans and soft breaking.
• Add the carrots, celery and spices.
• Simmer over low heat until thick. Lift.
• Serve with a sprinkling of croutons.
