Baked French Toast

If French Toast is usually fried so this one is baked until the crust crispy. The more good to eat with sausage and strawberry jam for breakfast.

Material:
3 eggs chicken
250 ml fresh milk
75 g sugar
½ tsp vanilla powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 slices sweet bread / 2 cm thick fresh
Complement:
4 tablespoons strawberry jam, heat
4 pieces of sausage beef / chicken

How to make:
• Beat eggs until frothy.
• Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until sugar dissolves.
• Mix the eggs until blended.
• Soak the bread slices with egg mixture and milk to wet out.
• Apply heat-resistant dish with butter.
• Arrange bread in dish.
• Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes until the bread a little dry.
• Remove and serve with a complement.
