Material:
300 g of avocado pulp, puree
400 ml fresh milk
1 packet gelatin white powder
150 g granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla powder

Moka sauce:
500 ml fresh milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
100 g dark cooking chocolate, cut into small
100 g granulated sugar
Chicken egg yolk 1
1 tablespoon flour miazena
How to make:
• Ripe avocados, milk, gelatin, sugar and vanilla to boil.
• Lift, a product-mix until the steam is lost. Give a little coloring and stir well.
• Pour into serving glasses. Allow to freeze.
• Sauce Moka: cook the milk, coffee, chocolate and brown sugar until dissolved.
• Stir the egg yolks and cornstarch until the average, give the dough a little milk, mix well.
• Pour in milk mixture and cook until thick and boiling.
• Remove and chill.
