Indonesian Potato Croquettes- (Kroket Kentang)

Material Content:
1 tablespoon margarine
25 g onions, finely chopped
150 g ground beef
100 g carrots, peeled, cut into small
75 g young green beans, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
50 ml of water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp pepper powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp plain flour
oil for frying

Dough Potatoes:
500 g old potatoes, peeled, steamed
2 tablespoons milk powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt

Layers:
Chicken 1 egg, beaten
100 g flour PANIR

How to make:
Contents: Heat the margarine until melted.
Saute onions until tender.
Enter mince, stirring until dry.
Add vegetables, water, and spices.
