soto padang
Material:
1 lb beef (beef round)
2 baking potato fries, cut kecil2
1 pack of glass noodles, hot water soak briefly
celery, thinly sliced
fried onions
soy sauce and vinegar to taste
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Spices that are:
1 / 2 medium onion
5 cloves garlic
2 eggs nutmeg
ulek spicy sauce
Method:
1. Cut meat 1 inch thick.
2. Boil meat in water to taste along with bay leaves and salt until half cooked.
3. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the spice paste until fragrant smell. Enter this stir into the pan and cook meat until the meat is cooked. If the water is reduced water can be added to taste.
4. Lift the meat and then fried until dry (low heat).
Serve:
1. Set glass noodles, potatoes, fried meat already cut thin, fried celery and onions in a bowl.
2. Give soy sauce and vinegar, then flush with warm soup broth.
3. Eaten with warm rice crackers who sprinkled red and fried onions.
