Material:
• 150 gr caster sugar
• 175 gr margarine
• 3 eggs, beaten off
• 100 gr ground almonds
• 1 / 2 teaspoon almond essens
• 100 grams cake flour
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 20 gr almond slices for topping
• Sugar flour for sprinkling
Directions:
1. Beat margarine and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs a little - a little. Beat smooth.
2. Add almonds and almond essens. Mix well.
3. Add flour as he sifted and mix evenly.
4. Pour liquid milk. Mix well.
5. Pour in a round baking pan 20 cm diameter and height of 4 cm which dioles margarine and dialas paper. Sow almond slice. Oven 40 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
6. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
