Cake Ingredients:
6 eggs

tbsp cake emulsifier (SP / TBM / ovalet)
125 gr flour
25 gr cocoa powder
tsp vanilli
75 g butter / margarine, melted
Simple Syrup:
100 gr sugar
100 ml water
5 tablespoons rhum / kirsch

1 can of black cherry, separate filtered water
25 ml water
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

red cherry stalk
125 g cooking chocolate (dark cooking chocolate)
500 ml whipped cream (can also use butter cream)
Directions:
1. Mix the flour and cocoa powder and stir well. Set aside
2. Beat eggs, sugar and cake emulsifier until fluffy and thick, put her sifted flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Then enter melted butter and stir well.
3. Pour batter in a round baking pan diameter 20 cm which has spread with butter and covered with baking paper. Oven dough for 30 minutes with a temperature of 180 C until cooked, let cool.
4. Cut cake crosswise into three pieces, then wet the surface of the cake with simple syrup.
5. Take a piece of cake that was soaked with simple syrup. Spread with filling. Cover with a piece of cake. Brush again with the simple syrup.
6. Beat whipped cream until stiff, then apply to the upper surface of the cake. Then order a black cherry on top, cover with a sheet cake.
7. Cover all surfaces of the cake with whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate and make some small decoration on top with whipped cream and paste the cherry-red stalks.
